So Long Belize

Last night was my last day in Belize, I pitched my tent near a mango tree in Vince’s magnificent garden, Vince aka the Wineman makes delicious Cashew and Season fruits wine. Two nights ago I also pitched my tent in Belmopan at the Belize Firemen’s garden. Infinite Gratitude my Belizean brothers. The first day In Belize I was hosted by Michael and Nicole and her sweet girl Simone Maria who came from Chicago and run the Cotton Tree Lodge and own the superb Chocolate Factory Cotton Tree in Punta Gorda.
